Rules for using Absorb

Acceptance
By accessing or using Absorb, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use Absorb on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Using the service
- You may use Absorb only for lawful purposes.
- You may not interfere with the app, reverse engineer restricted systems, or abuse the service.
- You are responsible for keeping any login credentials secure.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple under the App Store terms and your Apple account settings.
Intellectual property
The app, site, branding, software, and content provided by Absorb are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for limited rights needed to use the service, no rights are transferred to you.
Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Absorb at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Disclaimers
Absorb is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every expectation or be available in every region or device context.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absorb and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
